〔記者黃建華／高雄報導〕鼓山區一名黃姓齒模師，沒有牙醫師證照，涉嫌從事牙醫診療業務，先前已遭法院判處緩刑，去年7月緩刑期間又幫吳姓女子拆假牙、打磨，遭高市衛生局稽查人員查獲，涉嫌違反醫師法，高雄地院一審將黃男依非法執行醫療業務罪，判處有期刑10月。可上訴。
判決指出，黃姓齒模師在鼓山區經營一家美齒店，明知自己並未取得牙醫師或鑲牙生資格，依法不得從事牙醫師醫療業務，竟違反醫師法，於去年7月28日，為病患吳姓女子進行屬於牙醫醫療行為之拔取假牙、研磨後再重新安裝、固定之程序，而擅自從事醫療業務。
適經到場執行稽查的高雄市衛生局鼓山衛生所張姓稽查員目擊而舉發。
被告黃男雖辯稱：當天只是免費幫吳女磨斷掉的假牙，吳女的假牙都是她自己拔下和裝回，過程中他都沒有碰到吳女的牙齒。並說，他平常沒有服務牙醫診所轉來的病患，並沒有接單製作診所委託之牙模或假牙。
黃男還說，他有齒模製造技術員之資格，不知道這樣是違法。案經高雄市政府衛生局函送高雄地檢署檢察官偵查起訴。
高雄地院一審博客來將黃男依違反醫師法，緩刑期間再犯，判刑10月，可上訴。
